DESCRIPTION:Hello everyone!  We had a great first lunch a few weeks ago + and had lots of wonderful discussion on Phase 1. \nThe book we are going to going through with is called “Ask For It: How Women Can Use the Power of Negotiation to Get What They Really Want”. At this meeting we will be discussing Phase 2: Lay the Groundwork during this meeting. If you feel like you don’t have time to read the book now\, you are welcome to join the lunch and participate in the discussion. We are using the book as a jumping off point for the discussion so don’t worry if reading isn’t your jam\, we will be incorporating podcasts discussions in the future\, but trust me— if you have time\, this book is worth it!
