The Technology of Paints and Coatings

Ever wonder what makes up a good bucket of paint? This program covers the ingredients in paint and goes into detail on the different resin types used in making paint and protective coatings. Participants will have a good understanding of acrylic, alkyd, epoxy, polyurethane, polysiloxane, and fluoropolymer resins and where to best use these products. This is an excellent program for those than may be new to paint and coatings and would like to learn how these products work.
